Partner and Sponsorship Packages

Demonstrate your company’s leadership position in computer graphics and visualization by becoming an EGEV2020 partner. The EGEV2020 sponsorship alternatives are designed with maximum return on investment in mind. Choose a sponsorship level and then configure your package by choosing items from the sponsorship list to the amount of points in question. In addition to the levels below, the regional innovation cluster Visual Sweden contributes with funding, as well as other national, regional and local entities. They will have some general visibility in the promotional material, the website and during the conference.

Website Promotion

All sponsoring companies will be mentioned on the conference web site, in the order of sponsorship points. The website will be available during at least one year after the conference.

Virtual Exhibition Presence 

In the virtual setup a page for a virtual exhibition will be provided. There you may choose presence on different levels according to the table below. You may by choice expose your company/organization in general, a subset of products or a single product or offer. On all levels you may have a link to a landing page, preferably part of your own web site. The window will be opened in a separate window. The virtual exhibition will be available one week before the conference and during at least one year after the conference. Of course, links may be removed at an earlier date if you prefer. 

Sponsorship Items

Session partner (10 available): 2000 points

As a session partner, you will get following visibility:

• Your logo will be presented as “Session partner” before the session starts.
• Your logo will be presented as “Session partner” in the session title card.

You may be session partner of maximum two sessions that need to be on different days.

Session co-partner (30 available): 1000 points

As a session co-partner, your logo will be presented as “Session co-partner” in the session title card. You may be session co-partner of maximum four sessions.

Best paper session partner (1 available): 4000 points

As the best paper session partner, you will get following visibility:

• Your logo will be presented as “Session partner” before the session starts.
• Your logo will be presented as “Session partner” in the session title card.

Prizes for the awards each: (2 x 4 best paper awards): 1000 points

Your company and your logo will be presented at the best paper virtual awards show in the afternoon of Thursday, May 27.

Industrial keynote (3 available, for platinum and gold only): 3000 points

A pre-recorded 15 minutes industrial keynote that will be streamed immediately before the three main keynotes in the afternoons of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If you so desire, it may even be organized as a live streaming.

Equipment partner (4 available): 3000 points

As equipment partner you contribute to cover the costs of the equipment needed for streaming of the different sessions. Your logo will be clearly displayed on the EGEV web page as equipment partner, in addition to being mentioned as one of the partners on the level you have chosen.
