Registration
This page provides registration information for the EGEV2020 conference.
Attendance at the virtual conference will be free, the costs being covered by the Eurographics association and our sponsors. We would like to ask that attendees complete the registration for the purposes of gathering statistics. This information will be used to ascertain numbers of attendees and to help with the planning for future conferences. Authors have to register their work for open access in order to present it at the conference. For details see below.

Presenting Full & Short Papers and Posters1
For their work to be presented at EGEV 2020, authors must register each of their work, i.e. full paper, short paper, and/or poster, for open access. This also includes contributions to the co-located events. Publication fees are following the “Gold Open Access” model that the Eurographics association employs. These fees are payable per work latest by May 18, 2020.
Invited presentations from papers previously published in CGF, TVCG or other journals are not required to pay the Gold Open Access publication fee since those papers have already been published under other conditions.
