VCBM 2025 will be a fully on site event. Registration for the main conference is paid and handled through the Eurographics payment system which can be found here. Before you go through, please read the information on this page carefully.
Author Registrations
At least one author of an accepted paper or short paper or poster or demo needs to register and be present at the workshop to present. Each accepted submission requires its own registration.
Conference Dinner
We will have a social event including a conference dinner. The dinner is included in the registration fee. If you have specific dietary requirements or do not plan to attend the conference dinner, please let us know before 21.9.2025.
Registration Fees
Registrations are split along three axes; student/non-student, EG member/non-member, and regular/early registrations.
Students include graduate students and PhD candidates, non-students is everyone not currently enrolled at a university or post-doctorate.
The early bird registration deadline is 7th of September 2022 23:59 CEST.
