Conference track papers include both short and full papers that describe a more focused and concise research contribution and are likely to have a smaller \u2013 yet significant \u2013 scope of contribution compared to Journal track papers. Potential examples include the presentation of initial results from novel ongoing research projects or the exploration of new application areas.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Short papers draw from the same list of topics as full papers.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please visit the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.eg.org\/vcbm2026\/contribute\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">general call page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for all submission types and the scope.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Submission Instructions<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Full and survey papers must be submitted using the Eurographics SRM conference management system. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Other specific information regarding the submission to come.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b>Length:<\/b> We do not impose strict maximum lengths for the conference track. However, the recommended length is <strong>4-8 pages<\/strong> (in <a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.eg.org\/vcbm2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2026\/04\/Author_Guidelines_and_Template_for_VCBM_Conference_Papers.zip\">VCBM 2026 LaTeX style<\/a>, including all images and references). Papers should only be as long as their content justifies. Reviewers may rate a submission lower if it is perceived as being unnecessarily long given the scope of the contribution.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\"><b>Review Process:<\/b> Authors may choose to anonymize their submissions (removing names, affiliations, and explicit self-citations) to undergo a double-blind review, but this is not required for the conference track.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\"><b>Supplementary Material:<\/b> Authors are strongly encouraged to use supplementary material, such as videos or executable programs, to provide extra content.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\"><b>Video Formats:<\/b> Please use common video codecs, such as <b>MP4 (H.264)<\/b>, to <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">maximize the chances that the reviewers can view them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Use of AI:<\/strong> Generative AI tools may not be used to generate scientific content or text.
