Main Symposium \u00a0(Thursday and Friday) – X Theatre<\/h3>\n

The main symposium will take place in the Theater Hall <\/strong>of\u00a0X, TU Delft\u2019s culture and sports centre (duckduckgo maps<\/a>). The Theater Hall has a capacity for around 100 people. Breaks will be in the adjacent foyer where coffee and lunch will be served.<\/p>\n

Bio+Med+Vis Summerschool (Tuesday) and FG VCBM MedVis & BioVis Workshop (Wednesday) – Aula<\/h3>\n

The co-located events will take place in Commissiekamer 3 in the Aula Building <\/strong>of TU Delft (duckduckgo maps<\/a>). The Aula building is a sight on its own as one of the brutalist architecture icons of TU Delft. It serves among others as the home of PhD defenses at the TU. It provides ample room for breaks and lunch can be had in the buildings own restaurant.<\/p>\n

TU Delft Campus<\/h3>\n

Daily about 27.000 people travel across our campus: students, scientists, visitors and employees of the university and the companies on campus. Stretching over 161 hectares, the campus is larger than downtown Delft and one of the largest university campuses in the world. The campus has been equipped with an extensive bicycle and pedestrian road network. The TU Delft campus has a green, parky character. Large parts of the campus are therefore only accessible on foot, by bike or by public transport.<\/p>\n
