VCBM 2025 will be a fully on site event. Registration for the main conference is paid and handled through the Eurographics payment system which can be found here<\/strong><\/del>. Before you go through, please read the information on this page carefully.<\/p>\n

Author Registrations<\/strong><\/h5>\n

At least\u00a0one author <\/strong>of an accepted paper or short paper or poster or demo needs to register and be present at the workshop to present.\u00a0<\/strong>Each accepted submission requires its own registration.<\/p>\n

Conference Dinner<\/strong><\/h5>\n

We will have a social event including a conference dinner. The dinner is included <\/strong>in the registration fee. If you have specific dietary requirements or do not plan to attend the conference dinner<\/strong>, please let us know before 21.9.2025.<\/p>\n

Registration Fees<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Registrations are split along three axes; student\/non-student, EG member\/non-member, and regular\/early registrations.<\/p>\n

Students<\/strong> include graduate students and PhD candidates, non-students is everyone not currently enrolled at a university or post-doctorate.<\/p>\n
