This year, the VCBM Fachgruppen Meeting will take place in Magdeburg. Thanks to many interesting contributions from colleagues from the VCBM community, we will experience an exciting journey through our field of research. We are all looking forward to meeting and discussing with you here at the University of Magdeburg.
Below you will find the final program and some additional information.
Meeting Location: The meeting will take place at the Computer Science Building (FIN-G29, Room 307), Gustav-Adolf-Straße 15, 39106 Magdeburg.
You can find more information on the FIN here: www.inf.ovgu.de
Reaching us by public transport: Coming from the main station by tram S1 closest station to FIN is University. Taking tram S1 at the main station, you can also switch to tram S2 (at stations Alter Markt, Am Katharinenturm or Opernhaus) and exit it at the station University Library. This would still be a bit closer to the FIN.
Where to stay: If you choose any hotel close to a tram station anywhere in the city (especially along S1, S2, S9 or S10) it should be possible to reach the locations of the VCBM Work Group Meeting and EG VCBM in reasonable time. You can find hotel recommendations on the EG VCBM-Website. conferences.eg.org/vcbm2024.
Please prepare a talk of 15-20 minutes, so that we have enough time for questions and discussions):
