We recommend a 20-minute talk with 5 minutes for questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short papers:<\/strong> the maximum talk length is <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>, including questions. We recommend a 12-minute talk with 3 minutes for questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please be respectful of these time limits.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Projector and Slides<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The conference rooms are equipped with a 1920&#215;1080 Full HD projector (format 16:9).<\/li>\n<li>The screen dimensions are 4m x 3m.<\/li>\n<li>We encourage speakers to utilize the 16:9 format template of EG VCBM 2022 [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/0ucnop0g66wn39e\/EG_VCBM2022_template.pptx?dl=0\">download<\/a>].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Before your session<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Presenters are expected to arrive at their session 15 minutes early (during the break) to meet their session chair, receive final instructions and check their slides.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Below you can find instructions for speakers and presenters.
