The Leipziger KUBUS is a modern venue that opened in March 2004 as a communication- and education centre from the UFZ.<\/p>\n

Public transport<\/h3>\n

Airplane<\/td>\nFrom Leipzig\/Halle airport (LEJ) you can reach the Leipzig main station by S-Bahn or regional express train in 14 minutes. Continue to the UFZ by tram (3 direction \u201eTaucha\u201c or 3E direction \u201eSommerfeld\u201c).
\nDepartures from the airport are every 30 minutes.
\nFrom Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) you can reach the main station in Leipzig by public transport usually in less than 2 hours.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Tram<\/td>\nFrom Leipzig main station (the tram stop is in front of the main entrance of the station) take tram line 3 (direction \u201eTaucha\u201c) or 3E (direction \u201eSommerfeld\u201c). Get off at the stop \u201eLeipzig, Permoser Str. \/ Torgauer Str.\u201c, from the stop turn into Permoserstra\u00dfe and after about 300 meters you will find the KUBUS on the left. Travel time is about 15 minutes, line 3 runs every 10 minutes during the week and 15 minutes on the weekend.

Train\/ ICE<\/td>\nThe most convenient way to reach Leipzig is by train. The main train station with ICE connection is centrally located in the city center and is one of the most modern and largest train stations in Europe.<\/p>\n

Please note: in Germany train prices can rise for ICE and IC trains when selecting “super safe fare” and “safe fare” due to their limited offer. Note that they come with limitations<\/a> in contrast to “flexible fare” such as ticket exchange, cancellation, and more. Keep that in mind if you are on a small budget.<\/p>\n

Direction<\/td>\nComing from the A14 (exit Leipzig-Ost) on Permoserstra\u00dfe you drive in the direction of the city center, until the sign Leipziger KUBUS underground car park.
\nLeipzig has an environmental zone into which you may only drive with a green sticker.
\nThere is also a station of the car sharing provider teilAuto in front of the KUBUS.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Parking<\/td>\nThe use of the underground car park is free of charge for you. The entrance to the underground car park of the Leipzig KUBUS is located on Permoserstra\u00dfe 80 m behind the access road to the Science Park site (80 m in front of it if you are coming from the Leipzig east freeway exit).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Cab<\/td>\nFrom Leipzig main station about 25 EUR (about 7km), from Leipzig \/ Halle airport about 50 EUR (about 25km). Prices are without guarantee.
